Fish world is not stable

Something always happens in the water. Weather and water conditions, fodder supplies constantly change and cause changes in the fish activity. Therefore angle's knowledge should be broad. He should be able to analyze all conditions in order to understand where the fish are and when and what they will bite. Experienced angles do it very well and can determine it very quickly. Keep in mind some weather factors that influence fish activity.

Temperature

The warmer the air is, the warmer becomes the water. And vice verse. Fish are haematocryal, their activity depends on the water temperature. In warm water fish digest food faster and therefore feed more actively. Exception, of course, is very high temperature when the fish are not active. That's why it is better to go fishing during the warm period of the year.

Sky condition

Sunny or cloudy? Sky condition influences fish position in the water. When it's cloudy, fish prefer to stay at the sand bars above the verdure. But if the day is sunny the fish go deeper, stay in the shadow, hide in the algae. Fish seldom stay in the open water on sunny days.

Precipitation

It is known that fish bite better when it rains. It's true if the rain is moderate, of course. During the rain the sky is cloudy, various foods are washed off the shore, water becomes muddy, temperature drops, and the water is aerated. All this factors cause fish activity and increases fish appetite.

Wind

Wind can make fishing more difficult but usually it activates fish. Wind causes waves which wash off the shore mud and silt, insects and other food. Ripples on the surface don't let the sun rays go through and so fish move to the sand bars.

Atmospheric pressure

Atmospheric pressure causes major changes in the fish activity. Fish are usually more active when the pressure lowers or when it is stably high during a few days. Some increase in fish activity may be noticed when the pressure increases dramatically.
